Sodick A 350 need parts or parts machine Please!!

I have a customer who is in need of some parts or a machine for parts a Sodick A 350 with Mark11 control.

What I need mostly are mechanical parts having to to do with wire disposal.

The cable that is attached to the counter weight broke,which I have never heard of before. On that machine there is no crash bar for the weight to fall on. Instead it falls down on the phinolic block at the bottom that every thing is attached to that has to do with the wire out feed in to the waste basket.

So at the moment the control is a non issue, but if he has to buy a machine for parts similar controls would be a plus.

The control on his machine is a MARK 11 Gold control.

I am aware that different mechanical assembly's were used according to which control was on the machines.

usually during transportation if u do not lock the counterweight this tend to happen . not to worry if u can send me the photo of damaged motor i will help u to repair it yourself. but i need to know the amount of damage first. usually all the wires get cut and motor damages . can u clarify more for me plz.
