New Plasma/Router Machine specification

I’m a newbie to CNC controlled machines, although I’ve using and building tooling and machinery for way too many years now.

Recently I decided to “bite the bullet” and build a CNC Plasma/Router unit, after joining and reading a lot of the posts on this Forum....I've posted my concept design specs for what I think may be a suitable build on the DIY CNC Router site of this Forum (as this is a combination machine I'd like to get the "Best of both worlds"...although I realise it's a compromise) and would love to hear feedback, but I was not sure if it was "acceptable" to also post them on this thread, or just provide a link to the Router Forum thread.

Anyway, here it is:

I've now posted some CAD images and revised specs for this build and would appreciate any recommondations or suggested changes prior to starting to cut any metal or ordering components.....otherwise I guess I can take it, that I'm somewhat on the right track.

As this is a "Combo"/hybrid design I posted it on the Router section of the Forum with this link in the Plasma area.
