sorry guys this is probably a noob question

i am thinking about building a CNC plasma cutter to cet 1/4" steel and i was woundering which plasma cutter machine would be the best. i notice the people use just like the normal hobart cutters but i dont know how the get the computer to pull the trigger. is there a better cutter for CNC?????
