    Flow Hyperjet

    Our Flow Hyperjet will begin to be installed tomorrow. Anyone out there have one? We are a granite shop in eatern PA. Looking for some advice on feeds, maintenance, etc.

    Just make sure to use good glue if you lam 4cm, it will rip it apart if it doesn't pierce it right away, do ask how I know.
    Just follow the books for the maintenance. As for feeds, if the part is going on a cnc then run it as fast as it will cut, if hand finishing slow it down to have less kerf.
    I don't have a waterjet but get things cut on one sometimes. I have a stone shop. Is it the 87k psi one that you are getting?

    We have a 60k twin table already in operation, and a 87k dynamic(articulating head) getting installed tommorow. Just wanted to "compare notes" so to speak. Your stone shop should have at least one. The amount of material you save is ridiculous.

    From what I have seen I think a Northwood saw jet is the best machine to have in a shop, this gives you a full cnc bridge saw and waterjet. http://youtube.com/watch?v=f7Px5f5U1pI
