    cut quality

Since you have a HPR-130 getting good cutting quality will come by using the hypertherm specs in the hyptherm manual of the machine. If your following those guidelines you should get really nice cuts. If youre not getting nice cuts you probably have a gas leak somewhere. pressures on your oxygen bottles arent set right. or a selection console problem. What kind of metal are you trying to cut. Stainless?
