cutting out center of leters wrong???

I heve a PCNC table with WINCNC yes I know there Rep. but it hase been working pretty well so far. my problem recently is cutting out the inside of letters the torch is dropping below the text line and screwing up my letters. I have the servo set-up and was wondering if the encoders are the problem or is it just the PCNC table ??? wen I go through the g-code and follow the cut path on the screen it appears that the letters should be cutting just fine.
    any suggestions.
    thanks

Is this only happening on letters? and just on the insides of the letters?

That sounds pretty wierd... I have servos on my PCNC and have no problems with them... I'd try calling their tech support. I'm sure they'll have you checking if it happens on the X and the Y, and maybe swap the encoders and possibly cables.

I recently had a mysterious slight accuracy issue that turned out to be one of the cables. Tech support helped me figure it out, then sent out all new cabling, which solved the problem.
