The reason I told you to go to the CandCNC site is we do in-depth support for the THC300 and MP1000 THC products there. Sometimes it takes several exchanges to get the problem resolved. I don't think the general discussion lists of the Zone are the right place to do product specific technical support. I spend a large chunk of my time answering questions and giving support for our products. The information banner on the support site explains that we don't sell the THC300, but we do the support (since I did the original design and cut steel on my table for over a year with one).

I checked the membership of the CandCNCSupport and you must have used another alias.

I am further confused because just last month (11/30/06) you posted:

"I think 1.5mm is about the same as 16 gauge. I cut 16 gauge every day with no problems.I have the Campbell Designs THC, it works great for the cost.I don't see it being any problem to cut that. You might not be able to cut anything real intricate."

On this list. I don't see a mention of a problem in that post.

If you are a member of http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CandCNCSupport/ then let me know the user ID so I can review any issues that you posted that were not resolved.
