For those who are interested we are taking alot of videos and photos while building the table and when it is complete we will post materials lists, list of suppliers, CAD drawings and a general work description.

what size plasma cutter are you planning to run?
also, what sort of software do you think is best on that sort of setup..
i am also building a machine of those similar dimentions, I am currently developing something extremely simple to run the machine.
Developing my own sort of Gcode
Developing my own machine controller (c-gcode interpereter)
Developing my own drawing tool (based on openoffice- impress)
then i want to integrate all these utilities into one app and forget about all these other troublesome programs..
This is only in the development phases, planning to do some intense work on it in the dec holidays.. so far i have almost nothing.
