Mitsubishi DWC110H "contact" indicate

Hello
I have a problem with the machine Mitsubishi DWC 110H, Meldas W7C controller.
I turn the machine light "contact" on the screen is not activated when I push the green button machine ready, the display shows red light "contact" - 1st photo.

The machine does not have a short circuit between the wire and the table.
Resistance measured at the output of the generator is about 30kOhm.
The situation is the same as the wire and when it is not.

I looking for any electric documents, or any other help.
