    repair a broken ground cable

I need to fix a Sodick AQ750 wire edm ASAP.
The two cables that send power to the lower head were severed to bits when I dropped an 800lb block into the tank.
We're ordering replacements tomorrow, but is there any issue with jerry-rigging a temporary cable out of something at the shop?
I'm no engineer, but the only problem I can think of would be the high frequency of the electricity could cause capacitance issues...

If the cables are cut clean there isnt much you can do. You can try and make some older heavy guage copper discharge wires but it will take several and for the money that it takes to build them it isnt worth it.
