Is the plug solid?, we have a hole popper if so, need some more information though as to the dimensions of what the plug is in and also a picture if possible. I need to know how to fixture it first before I can quote a price.

Dave

ARE U GABE THAT LIVED IN EL PASO?
Yes I am , George whats up...? Burned some carbide out and I think I was too cheap took 4 hours each.....
We usually aim for $50-$60 an hour.
thanks but i think gabedrummin was asking
Plug was solid with a domed head , and was in the end of a drill head , had to clamp head to angle plate mounted to a sine plate and burn out carbide without touching sides , as plug is pressed in and when chiped one is removed a new one is pressed in . I did the job for 60.00 each and took 4 hours on one and took 6 hours on the other. Did two.
Gabe were are you living these days?
