Where To Ask For A Quote?

Where would I post to ask for a quote on some cutting with a Laser,Water Jet, or Wire machine? It will be 1/4" AR steel plate.I need a steel that is hard so when someone hits rocks with the fish gig the point will not roll very easy.Does someone have another suggestion on a steel plate? Thanks for any input you might offer.Heres a couple of pics.

...would be the fastest... how many are you talking about? No one will quote per part. It's all about setting up and programming. Then while it's setup... it's cost per part.
