new 2 site lookin for advice

Hey guys my names Joe Ive decided to take the plunge and buy a cnc plazma table to start up a small scale fab & metal art shop. I looking for a 4x8 table and any advice as to what I need to look for in a machine, I know i want a water table, 3/8" cutting at a reasonable pace, and trying to stay under $10k. The 4x8 ez router APC deal seems to fit my needs and price range, what would be the pro's and cons ?
All advice and 2 cents welcome

It looks like a nice table, but does it meet your budget requirement? The link shows $13K.
Another option worth checking out is Bulltear.com. They show a 4x8 water table for $8700. Here is the link:

thanks the more help and advice i can get now hopefully will make my life easier down the road.
I have some wiggle room in my budget, I just want to be sure I make the right decision as this will be all of my savings and then some to make this happen.
