    UV Misalignment

By the sounds of it, someone must have had a crash. What model Agie?

hi,its a Agie 150 hss, could there be another explanation for this,as we let another bloke use this machine and he has said that he does not know how it has happened, and would there be some visible damage if a crash had happened?

A couple of things: Was he cutting a taper and stopped the cut? Maybe he re-started a job and stopped it while it was moving to initial position on a taper cut? Another thing, is the wire out of square that much or is it just the values aren't at zero?If the wire is out of square that much, then most likely it was crashed, usually the flush nozzles get smashed up pretty good. If none of these occurred, then you can bring it back to zero manually by using the handbox and homing U and V
