Problem on WIre machine (Fanuc, Matra)

Problem deals with sending a program on the machine.

When I need to send a program from my computer to machine, on my PC I got a message that program is successfully sent. But machine freezes every time, and I need to restart machine. After restarting, sometimes I have a program, sometimes I don't.

Does anyone know what is the problem, and how to solve it?

Try slowing down the baud rate. Reseat the plugs on both ends of the rs232.
