Chmer Wire EDM

Does anybody has experiance with Chmer Wire EDM?
are they reliable machines? do the comapny provide good service and support?
is it a user friendly machine? doese it cut fast comparing to Fanuc, Sodick and other major brands?

We purchased one one year ago and it has been reliable and user friendly. Because it has not given us any trouble we have not had need for service. Instalation and training were well done.
