BUILDING A PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE

I want to build a CNC plasma cutting machine for my workshop.
I work on CRCA and MS sheets with thickness 1.6mm to 12 mm.
i need technical guidance and plans for building a one.

can any one help me with my project...

These guys supply components, parts, electronics and software for do it yourself builders. You have only provided cutting thickness specs....which are covered by the plasma cutter itself. You will need to determine the size of the machine, how you will hold the metal, how you will control fumes, how to control torch to work distance, etc, etc.

i'm from india and importing from usa would be costly for me.
i'm thinking of building it from scratch with components avl in india.

i thank u for advising me about the need to find a method for holding the job.
holding the flame and height control. and over all size of machine.

i will decide on the above points and post my machine size and work holding soon.
