    Plasma Price Check

    Hi all,

I wondering if some of you could help me out. I am cutting these parts for some people and am wondering if my pricing is in line.

Note. All drawings are Copywrite proctect. And the design has a patent pending on it...

Here are the specs. Mat. is 14ga P&O you can get 11 parts per 4x8 sheet Figure 300inches of cutting and figure 10 pierces... Figure 200 parts per month.

    Price for just cutting

And for the fun of it price cut and painted

I feel I am giving them a very reasonable price. I think I am acutally pretty low. But I keep getting the feeling they think I should do it for less. I can say this they are making more reselling these than I am cutting them!

    Thanks for your time..

    Jeff

Without the .dxf I cannot be exact, but quick calculation comes to $19.68 selling price without any secondary operations.....will be deburred, no bending, no paint.

    Thanks Jim,

I am chargeing $33 total including paint and 1 simple bend...

I also gave them the option of no paint or cleaning for $21.. That included the one simple bend..

So I seam to be inline.

    Thanks again

    Jeff
