HELP sodick servo problem

we have a sodick A320D with EX21 controller. the U servo drive has failed causing the heat switch alarm to come up.
i have swapped the U and the V drives over to eliminate any motor or supply board problems. i have tried to get the board repaired to no avail. also the servo unit will not talk to panasonics "panaterm" software.
does anybody know of anywhere that repairs these units in the UK or europe or if it is possible to swap them for newer type panasonic units?

I can't give you a solid answer but given your situation I would look into Panasonic. They would be able to help you best with the boards.
