the axise of my wirecut do not move during wire breakage!
What should I do? If the wire breakes threading is not possible!
Make sure you program either has a T91 or a G29 (G29 is thread return position and T91 is the thread code). Also make sure the "AWT REFERENCE" is set to 01 in the settings parameter.
Is there Any parameter in sodick machines that bring back the settings and all parameters to default mode?\
My floppy disks burnt out and I use the system and users of A500 machine so the AWT settings are active and I have problem with this Like:In wire Breakage, the X and Y axises do not move and If the workpices was too height threading is not possible!
Can any body send the system and user disks of BF 275 to me?
there is no default parameters button on that machine. you will have to use the paperback printout of that machine if it was given to you when the machine was sold. If you use other machine parameters your gain and other settings for each axis will be different.
