I have my table enclosed with clear plastic with a mezzanine over it I have a furnace fan on top the mezz sucking from the table and vents outside works verry well and is controled from the table to turn it on/off
I was wondering if anyone had come up with a good design for capturing that last bit of smoke from a water table. I run my water right up to the bottom of the plate and I recently put a vac hose on my gantry so it sits right over the plasma cutter (hand torch). I'm having some good results overall but I was wondering if anyone had a come up with a really design for collecting the smoke around the cutter head.

That a good suggestion. I recall seeing a set up like that once. How do you handle material loading? What type of plastic material did you make it out of? Do you have problems watching the cut through the material and dealing with tip ups?
rite now i load by tactor or from the back of the truck
I just use poly vapor barrier that you use on the house you can still see throught it
