Does any one know why the feedrate on the screen flickers

dear friend i don't know an answer to your problem but maybe you can give me an answer to mine.i have a pierce rur 3000 and it works with burny 10 lcd.do you know how ican make it read pdf or dxf or cad files.is there a way.
