Needs help !!! Sodick A320D with AWT - Control EX21

We recently purchased a preowned 1996 Sodick A320D with EX21 Control, M/c with single floppy drive ( Epson 486 SE PC ) m/c in excellent condition with very low EDHours , M/c installed properly , test cuts taken OK.
Next week , while shuting down the m/c , operater made a mistake by switching "Source off" first , Next day on powering up the m/c , while booting m/c (SYSTEM LOADING stops at 11 ) displayed error " SYS2 Version up Install , insert floppy disk, press any key " , after that every time on booting, m/c displays same error and asks for system disc. I think this is abnormal.
Pls. suggest.

I forgot to mention, on loading SYSTEM DISC 2.1 & 2.2 m/c starts ok,

your batteries om cpu-386 / cpu-86 are down. please change them. 980 Rs. /battery. ER-6 type.

On my A320d EX21 control, has a UPS fitted inside control cabinet , DENSEI make, But UPS doesn't functions. power to cotroller goes off , when power supply goes off.
pls.Suggest ,
Is it required to replace UPS , OR replace, batteries , is it required to buy UPS/batteries from Sodick ?

no need , buy from the market, 12V/5AH x 5 batteries.
total 5 batteries u need to replace.

REPLACED OLD BATTERIES WITH NEW ONES, 12V 4.5mA/h x 6 nos ,
1st day OK , run m/c for 6-8 hrs , but when i switch off the m/c the UPS was still working on battery mode & power to control was ON , So I switched off the UPS by opening RHS door.
2nd Day , after powering up the m/c , when I turned on ups, within few minutes UPS shows Overload, And gives ALARM , alarm doesn't go even when i switch off the Inverter switch , UPS is in Charging Mode , but alarm is ON
Pls. Suggest.

We have replaced batteries in the above UPS. Upon power up, we get an alarm light w/buzzer - charger light - and battery indicators are lit. We have no manuals on the UPS.

Does anyone know where to get an operators' manual?

Has anyone experienced this and what does it mean?
