    EDM resources

Hello I am new to the edm world and have recently bought a simple plunge edm machine. I am looking for a good place to learn the basics. I have read that The EDM Handbook is well liked by people. The only problem is that it apears to be very spendy on the internet. Does anyone out there have a copy they are willing to sell? Or is there any othe good books on the subject. Thanks Scott

    EDM HANDBOOK

Not really that difficult too get started (like most things), but you can spend a lifetime learning the subtle and very important aspects of EDM (also like most things).

I think you can jump in and get started on a project of some sort and you will have learned something by the time you complete it.

If you need help don't forget the guys here @ CNCZone. Collectively there is probably more knowledge here than in the book you are looking for. Also the lessons learned with your hands are more easily remembered than the information read from a book.
