    Unhappy Kaliburn Plasma Machine

Hello there, Newbie on the site.
Have a quick question on a Kaliburn machine i use at work. The Machine has started to use consummables at a serious rate. Especially the Shield caps.
There is a slag left inside the cap, and it blows the centre hole out completely. Thinking along the lines of contaminated air. I have checked the compressor and the air is fine,no oil or water present. Could moisture be getting in from the Oxygen Bottles?? I have not changed height pierce settings and the torch has a THC

Any ideas welcome, I will try to get some pics up tomorrow

    Cheers

    Donie

Hard to say without knowing which model you have.
Check to see if your pilot arc relay, if it has one, is welded shut.
Sounds like some of the cuting current is staying in the PA circuit after transfer.

    Just a guess,
