I bought this CNC machine 6 months ago now. and from the start I've been having this problem (lag error) or in German (schleppabstand zu gross)... This problem always accrues when I press cycle start. after i have machined 5 to 10 parts.  The controller cards is Contraves NC400. And the servo motors is Contraves (SEM MT R4-37) I am pretty sure that i have no lag in the axis , The machine is a (Heckler And Koch CNC BA 22) Year 1988. Does anybody have an idea of what could be causing this error ? Thanks Laurits  |
