Looking into sign making...help!

Hi, I have a 4'x4'x6" table with a 3.25 horse Porter Cable that is looking for additional revenue streams. Just looking to do some basic 2 ply plastic custom signs, the kind with a colored top layer and a white bottom layer that you engrave into. Can anyone give me a good blank material supplier and guidance on the type of bit I should use? Speed? Thanks!

As for bits, that would depend on how you want it to look.
If you use a "v-bit" you'll need to buy thicker material than if you
just want to "flat" bottom cut your letters. Cuts good with an "O-Flute"
bit. Speed? As fast as you can.
