Hi i have a part that needs to have serial numbers ingraved on them.I have a fanuc 21i control.How do i go about programing that?I would like it to be a sub program so i could use it on many part numbers.Mabie call it up with a g code and enter a x y z start point a z depth and height of number? |

| I think it was Al_the_Man that posted a link to CNC Concepts the other day, and they have a set of macro's available for free download. Go to:http://www.cncci.com/resources/tips/engrave.htm You could use these as a basis to build the few needed to complete the set with numbers. |
