I have been experimenting with rougher endmills to see which one will give me a better removal rate on aluminum on my little CNC mill. I tried 3 flutes carbide with sinusoidal teeth and tiny sharp teeth. I cant see any difference in feeds that I can achieve. Are there any special applications for sinusoidal teeth roughers vs fine teeth ones? |
