I just aquired a Monarch 45 vmc with the Danapath Delta 20 controller. After some hunting down a posts for it I started to finally play with it last night. I did not receive any books with the machine so I am feeling my way through things. Last night while drilling 106 holes on a plate I got a EO25 Mechanic lube 1PS stuck and the machine stopped. I am not rocket scientist but I figured it it was the lube for the main spindle. My question is what is it and where is it ? the lube part I know where the spindle is If anyone should have book for a monarch 45 I would be very interested. I like this machine I sure it just needs a little TLC and things will be fine Thanks |

| One possibility is a filter is loaded with "stuff". I had a problem with the oil being too thick when the temperature was a little low. The 1 micronn filter caused a lube failure alarm. Dick Z

Monarch Machine Tool is alive and well in Courtland, NY. I've always been able to call Gary Mead there for simple questions. He also should be able to set you up with some documentation. Monarchs are great machines. Warren www.uptimecorp.com |

Monarch can get you a copy of the Manuals from Microfilm, but don't be surprised when they quote you $250 for each one. I have a Monarch VMC 150 and already been there.I got lucky and found a set of the electrical schematics and the original person in charge of the machine who tracked down the original manuals for me.
