Does anyone know of a brand and grade of insert for milling and turning this stuff? its kicking my butt . work is in cnc machines thanks   |

| Twenty nine years ago when I was unlucky enough to work with Hastelloy C the insert of choice was Kennametal KC850; sorry I can't give you anything more recent.  But I do sympathize with you, it is horrible material to deal with.
