I need help on how to cut this Matl. It is AMS5759 for an Allison part from what I have found it is around 60% cobalt and cut at 25 to 70 SFM. Tooling price or machine HP not an issue. use 1" bar. it will have Turning, Threading, Groving, and Milling. I have no problem with A286,inconel,even done some chrome bar befor but this looks like a bugger. any help or advise would be great. THX Shannon  |
