Homemade Vacuum Table CNC

These are SAE pipe plugs - they are straight threads with an o-ring at the top to create the seal. I used the ones for 7/16 which is about 1/4 NPT. Here is a link and they are the 2nd one down. http://www.sealexcel.com/plug.html

Much better than normal NPT plugs for sealing.

I would not change anything since it works better then I thought.

how are the holes connected - are the vacuum lines cross drilled to the o ring holes

i have been wanting to make on but not sure what route to take

Can someone tell me about the V-Clamp and if it passes the compressed air through, meaning that you would always be using air and dust would blow all over the place
