Has anyone had any experience machining extruded Plexiglas stock? I've machined cast Plexiglas which lends well to machining, but the extruded type turns into a gooey mess when when the end mill cuts into it. I tried to freeze the stock but to no avail. Any help would be apperciated. Buzz239 |

| I can't give you any feed rates but 2 flute or even single flute, and a high chip load meaning lower spindle rpm and possibly more feed rate and if possible a coolant i.e. jet mist of water. Certainly extruded acrylic is very soft. |
