Has anyone here machined adelite? It's a rare mineral. I got a drawing from a customer, but I've never heard of adelite, and i'm not sure if it is machineable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks    |

| I would think it would want to chip and shatter with a normal cutting tool. Might have to have it ground? If it has a structure like quartz crystals then probably have to grind it.
