Zoomed in endmill resharpening pics | | I thought I would post a few of these for those who are interested. I have a Darex E90 sharpener with CBN and alum oxide wheels. The resharpened endmills are used by a few people in the shop to rough out (or abuse depending upon how you look at it). All the resharpening in these pics was done with a 80 grit CBN wheel which leaves little striations on the relief areas. You can see the grit sticking out of the substrate in the pic of the CBN wheel.
