    Tool Sharpening Services

    Hi evryone,

I'm looking for some possible places to have endmills, router bits, and table saw blades resharpened. Would any of you know of some good reliable shops that do this type of work? We have one place that we deal with, but they are sometimes a little unreliable. Our office is located in the Mid Atlantic region, outside of DC. so someone in the general area would be preferable, but we would consider shipping elsewhere if the quality of the job is excellent.

    thanks in advance,

    CJH

I have good luck with Ballew Saw & Tool Co. out of Springfield, MO. 1-800-288-7483 . They have a good turn a round. And they only remove what is necessary to bring it back to sharpness. Some places set-up and just run them all to the same size no matter how much they take off. I've had tools come back with .030 removed and they were not damaged. That's not acceptable.... So once I found a good service....stick with'em. Good luck in your search.
