Is anyone familiar with a LUX milling machines? | | Hi everyone, we have a milling machine that fell off Noah's ark at work that I have been using of late.
It is a Lux-2-m, it works fine for a boat anchor and doesn't do a bad job just not very easy to operate as there are no separate handles for each axis. Just a single selector handle for X,Y and Z axis and a stand alone feed switch.
I have tried to do a search for any info on this machine but not having much luck at all. There is a mob making LUX mills in Britain but not sure if this is the same company or just a naming coincidence. www.chesteruk.net
Does anyone know anything about this old brand?
After doing a search I was surprised at the lack of info out there and would be nice to a get history of the machine manufacturer or heavens forbid a machine manual for it.
Cheers M
