Coolant Sump Cleaner

EnviroServe Chemicals has developed a new type of sump cleaner for metalworking machines.

Sump Cleaner III is a concentrated on-line sump tank cleaner that is designed to be used without interrupting the machining process. When used properly, this cleaner should be added to the tank 2-3 days prior to dumping the coolant. This cleaner effectively loosens deposits of degraded coolants, oil, chips, and sludge from the sump, inside the machine, the coolant lines, and the nozzles. Sump Cleaner III is recommended to be used at 1-3%.
This product can also be added periodically to control bad odors.
