| It is not the best prices but for those of us that do not have to many options to get locally. Sometimes it might be worth paying the higher prices. It all depends on what you are looking for. I have found some incredible deals, but sometimes those places won't cut to sizes I need/want.

ohh yea.. I just went today I seriously needed some brass to do a job and their band saw was down. so they told me they would have it the next day and they have the nerve to charge me 3 dollars.. I dislike that place a lot. I wonder if you can order from aloca direct?? hmmm |

6061 is just a general purpose material and does not have the high strength of the others. |

t6 6061 is the most machineable of the heat treatable aluminums. |

| I have purchase a lot of aluminum and brass and the two places the I have found to have the best prices are: http://www.industrialmetalsales.com/ and an ebay store called speedy metals I have worked with both places and the speedy metals is better in the price department especially if you win an auction. I like idustrial metals because they are about 30 miles away and we can get material quick Nick |
