Grizzly/Easson DRO Problem | |
I have a Grizzly DRO which is manufactured by Easson. I am having a problem where I am loosing/adding steps between Sub datum points. I went through and entered all of my SDM points and everything worked fine for about three to four runs and then I gained "steps" on my Y axis. I had a scale go back on my Y axis, or so I thought it was bad. I would loose track of where it was, i could get this to repeat and see it actually happening. I ordered a new scale and everything has been fine up until now. Today I gained on three SDM points that are all on the same Y axis plane. I checked the relationship between two other Y axis points and they are off as well. Is my DRO going bad? Another scale?
If it weren't for bad luck, I WOULD have no luck. I could hang myself with a new rope and the rope would break before the job was finished. This has been one of those weeks, actually this whole month has been one of those weeks! |
