Need Help!- How do I fit a coolant adapter??

I have just purchased a Lyndex B30CM-CCT3/4A-165-65 coolant holder for my Bridgeport R2E3 vertical mill. Can anyone give me some idea how this is attached. The BT30 fitting is straight forward but it appears to require some form of Solenoid to allow it to turn?

I'm not sure what the holder's look like, also not have a picture to see.
In my experience the coolant holder adaptor that allow coolant go in "thru hole of cutting tools" need some modification on spindle.

It use a machanical lock. you need to make a stopper block attach to spindle when put this holder in to machine spindle taper. This stopper will push the lock down and free the gear in side, after that the tool can be rotate

If you wish to use this holder in tool change, it need to make sure the dimension can fit in tool pocket.
Also the stopper block need to place in right positin of tool change.

Can you sent me you tool holder picture or link to e-catalog of this tool holder, than I can more clearly understand and explain how it work ?
