I got my first mill Yesterday (an X3) and my first set of endmills (CEN-TECH 20 piece titanium coated). The endmill set has 10 2 flute and 10 4 flute endmills from 3/16-3/4". My question is when do I use the 2 flute and when the 4 flute? Oh yeah, I have another question I had to take the X3 apart to get it in my basement and put it back together and am having trouble getting the right tightness for the gibs. Could I get some advice? Thanks! |
