| X2.42Z.5 G76P000129Q30R.002 G76X2.2735Z-1.25R-.0545P696Q150F.087 You didn't indicate the length. Guess you can figure it out from here. Haven't run a 2" O.D. before, but this should do the trick. Layed it out per the Machinery's Handbook. |

There is no A value in the 2-block call. Figured you had a newer machine. The single block call would be G76X2.2735Z-1.25I-.0545K.0696D150F.087A50. You also have a choice of P1 through P4 for a single block call which determines the manner in which the thread is cut. For the 2-block call A-value is the last pair of numbers in the first block P callout. There are only 6 choices. I used 29 degrees in my example. EDIT: Single block A-value can be any whole number far as I know. |

It is on our OT, 18T and 21i-T controlled Hardinges, Daewoos, Nakamura Tome, Takisawa, and Mori Seikis. Also on the Yang with a Mitsubishi control. The X in the G76 block is the end position. It is at the front position on our Okuma, but the Okuma does not have a Fanuc control or use a G76 for threading. |
