im having a hard time with the geometry of designing a sprocket, does anyone know of a sprocket calculator? i am using a somewhat older version of featurecam, which has a gear wizard, but i still cant get it to work. i found on called 'the sprocketeer' online but it didnt work. i am trying to make a sprocket for a bicycle chain which is considered one of the standard sized roller chains, any help would be great. |

| What exactly is the problem you're having with the geometry? How Large of a Diameter are you going for here? If you can measure the circumfrential length between the center of two teeth on an existing sprocket for a bicycle chain.
