I am relatively new to the machine trade and as such do not own a Machinist Handbook (im cheap and unemployed so im not buying one soon) and am looking for an online reference site that lists much of the information i would find in that book. Specifically im looking for reference material on things like tap-drill, and clearance hole sizes. Slip-fit, Press-fit dowel pin holes and that kind of mechanical design stuff. Also i am working with some CNC Setup and it would be great if i could find a reference that lists the chip rates of different materials so i can calculate cutting speeds of Aluminum, Steel, Stainless (basically your common stuff).
