| I have been cutting palladium tube making rings on a GT27 gang tool lathe. But i find that after about 10 rings/ parts i have to use a new tool. And also when parting off i have a big problem! It tends to push off the part! or when i slow down the feed the metal smears and leaves burrs on the surface and wall of both the part and the tube! Any tips/help would be greratly appreciated! |
