I am a bit stuck on how to drill 90 degree holes in an enclosure accuratly and repeatable. The hole is on a vertical wall and does not break through the enclosure, there is only about 15mm between the hole and the 2 side walls, i know you get the hand held 90 degree drills but is there a cnc type attachment? Can anyone help? |

| Someone here where I work once told me there is some 90 degree tool for Mills using Bevel Gears, however i have never seen it nor used it nor know who makes it. Maybe somebody here will know what I'm talking about or maybe that person was just talking out there post-pie hole. Any chance you have a picture of where you're trying to get this hole? I don't quite understand the decription maybe with a picture someone can come up with a way to do it not involving a 90 degree drill.

| Yes there are a lot of companys that make Right Angle Heads to mount in a VMC to do side holes. I have used Pibomulti heads. They are very good heads. I work with them in the US but they are based out of Switzerland. Here is there website. http://www.pibomulti-na.com/angle.asp I also know that Lyndex makes some RAH’s as well. Just google “right angle heads” you will have a bunch to choose from. Stevo |

| I use Right Angle Milling attachments everyday. They are a serious timesaver. The one we use here is the bottom left in the photo. CAT 40 spindle 5,000 rpm max Right Angle Drilling |
