Question abt Erickson Tenthset boring head

I've been watching boring heads on ebay, trying to find something much more accurate than the pretty typical model that I have. I have seen a number of this type head, but can't tell from the photos how much adjustment range it has. It looks as though it has a very small adjustment range - is that the case, or am I missing something?
