I am in dire need of some 3/8-16 face sealing flange nuts of some sort . I have a 20 mva transformer that the tap changer inspection door is leaking oil and I need some of these nuts bad. Please respond if you know where I can get a few! Thanks |

| Get 2 different sizes of o-rings. One thinner one that you need to really stretch to fit over the stud, and a thicker one that you just need to stretch a little. Roll the thinner one on 1st (it will be deformed in the threads) and then the thicker one. Next you get a close fitting washer (not the standard sloppy fit ones, it may help to get a metric one here) and put it on followed by a regular nut.
